Jessica Miller

Jessica is an Administrator at Charlton Place and was previously a customer service agent and administrator at an insurance company. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama, and she grew up in Homewood, Alabama. Jessica says that she appreciates dependability of her fellow employees and describes Charlton place as a “hidden secret.” She’s also impressed with how skilled nursing and assisted living are integrated into one community. Jessica’s short-term goal at Charlton place is to make budget. She says her long term goals is to be remembered as someone who put both employees and residents first. “I want to let people know that I do care. Not only for the employees, but the residents as well,” she says.
